Formally sitting alongside urban development committees in Alabama, Byron gained firsthand perspective in zoning, sustainable growth, and community design policy — insights that continue to shape YIS’s commitment to ethical, scalable investment. Today, he leads a multidisciplinary team proving that resourcefulness, innovation, and stewardship can create lasting value — even without legacy backing.

Whitany Lewis is the legal and operational backbone of Young Investment Solutions — a strategist who bridges law, finance, and housing to build integrity into every venture. With a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a foundation in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, Whitany has dedicated her career to designing systems where transparency, structure, and opportunity can coexist.

Her professional journey includes leading roles in federal housing compliance during the COVID-19 response and asset management for Morgan Stanley, where she oversaw fraud investigation and risk protection for accounts totaling hundreds of millions. These experiences sharpened her ability to navigate the complexities of regulation and finance with precision and humanity.

Whitany is deeply committed to reshaping how women — especially women of color — show up in traditionally male-dominated spaces. She believes that representation isn’t enough; presence must produce impact. Her leadership stands as proof that women can build, manage, and redefine the frameworks that power global industries.
